By Phillip Corry SLAKES won the Alliance Francaise friendly 3-aside basketball tournament after beating a hard fighting New Vision A’ side 4-2 at Nsambya youth Sharing centre. Jude Etyang and Edgar Beyaraaza scored two points each for their Vision side while Pius Wakabi and Stephen Ssiqwe scored 2 points each to steer the eventual winners to victory. New Vision’s A side had Kalungi Kabuye, E. Beyaraaza and Jude Etyang. While the B team had K. Musoke, David Ssepuuya, Stephen Asiimwe and Emmy Olaki.
