By Grace Matsiko in Mbarara PRESIDENT Yoweri Museveni has told parties not satisfied with Nyabushozi parliamentary election results to go to court. The President’s advice is contained in a letter dated September 3, to losers, Lt. Col. Fred Mwesigye and Dr. David Kamukama. State minister for agriculture in charge of animal husbandry Mary Mugyenyi won the seat. The New Vision on Monday reported that the President had directed Col Kaihura to investigate reports of army involvement in the polls.
