By Ebenezer Bifubyeka MBARARA Municipality MP Winnie Byanyima has asked President Museveni to retrench Mbarara Resident District Commissioner Ngoma Ngime, saying he is too unfaithful to be a leader. “We have scrutinised all his affidavits and they are all based on a foundation of lies. Be very confident, he will be defeated in the next court hearing,” she said. Byanyima said faithful people should be elected in the next local council elections. She said it was good for Ngoma Ngime to sue her so that “his evil acts can be put to light.” She said the next court hearing would prove that Ngime was unfit to head Mbarara. Byanyima was on Thursday addressing her agents, supervisors and co-ordinators at her home in Kakyeka in Mbarara Municipality. Ngoma Ngime lost the parliamentary elections for the Mbarara Municipality seat to Winnie. Ngoma Ngime petitioned the court saying the elections were rigged. Ends
