By Robert Kanusu Busoga kingdom has welcomed the Vice-president, Dr. Spesioza Wandira Kazibwe, upon her return from a successful treatment in a London hospital where she underwent a medical operation. “We wish to congratulate your excellence on a successful treatment after such a long period in London,” a letter addressed to Kazibwe read. The Busoga prime minister, Alfred Mugoda, hailed the British government for the advanced technology and care that enabled the daughter of Busoga to come back safely and in good health. “We appreciate the efforts made by the British doctors who restored her health,” the letter added. Kagoda appealed to the Government to improve on the health standards and service delivery in our hospitals to cater for all people. Kazibwe has been in London where she was operated due to fibroid, a disease that attacks the uterus and causes stomach disorders in women.
