THE Kagoma Member of Parliament, Dr. Frank Nabwiso, has attacked President Museveni over the comments he made during the 40th graduation ceremony at Makerere University last week, reports Robert Kanusu . President Museveni advised the graduates to ‘work in bars and Kikuubo’, which prompted Nabwiso, who holds a Doctorate of Philosophy to condemn his advice, saying it demoralised the standards of the university. “How can a state-sponsored university waste resources to manufacture barmaids?” Nabwiso asked. He was addressing guests during the graduation party of Dr. Peter Mudiope, in Budondo. He added, “This can’t be the reason to spend the meagre resources among the many priorities of the country, or may be he is misinformed.” Nabwiso said if Museveni saw it that way as the Chancellor, there was no reason for him to advise parents to educate their children.
