7 enter University games

By Chris Mubiru SEVEN regional tertiary institutions have confirmed participation in this year’s edition of the East Africa Inter University Games. The biennial games, which will be hosted by Makerere University, are slated for December 17. Speaking to The New Vision, MUK Sport Tutor Penina Kabenge disclosed that many institutions within the region are yet to confirm. “We have so far received seven confirmation letters from Universities and Institutions in Kenya, Rwanda and Tanzania,” Kabenge said. Makerere will also host a sports science conference prior to the games. ends
