By Douglas Mazune HASSAN Mulambe of Makerere University won all his four rounds during the weekend to lead the Africa junior chess championship qualifiers on four points. Mulambe is half a point ahead of Entebbe SS star Tonny Magezi in the 12-round contest that will see the winner represent Uganda in the Africa Junior championship in Zambia December 1-12. Gerard Drabo and Juliet Nakandi are third and fourth in the qualifiers that resumes Oct. 27-28. ends
