LIRA — Four youth were recently charged with the theft of solar panels valued at sh7.5m.
LIRA — Four youth were recently charged with the theft of solar panels valued at sh7.5m. Oyugi Yasin, Abdu Obaru and Otee Bonny were remanded at Lira after failing to raise the required bail money. The Police said the panels were stolen from Radio Apac’s station at Odokomit last month.
