ISLAMABAD – Education Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi yesterday told the Afghan Islamic Press the Taliban had appealed to the 57-member Organisation of the Islamic Conference (OIC) to send delegates to “see with their own eyes the destruction caused by the Americans and their allies in our country.” The OIC does not recognise the Taliban regime.
