Uganda's fastest expanding Bank seeks to recruit a suitably qualified, highly motivated and competent professional to fill the following post: SECURITY OFFICER The position Reporting to the Administration Manager, he/she heads the security section of the Bank. The position holder plans and implements security programmes at Head Office, monitors security situations and arrangements at all Bank branches. In addition, he or she monitors and ensures the safety and security of all Bank property. Minimum Requirements l A good university Degree or equivalent qualification. l Must have worked at Senior Level in the Uganda Police Force or any other reputable security organization with exemplary performance. l Minimum of three years post-qualification experience is essential. l A self-starter with a proven clean track record, discipline, strategic leadership, good analytical and organization skills. l Dynamic, proactive and competent professional of very high integrity and potential. l Maximum age limit of 45 years. Remuneration An attractive and performance-driven package within the Bank's salary structure will be offered.
