Kitgum Police arrests two officers for abuse of office

THE Police in Kitgum are holding two local government officers over alleged negligence and abuse of office, reports Odwong Wod Ayo. This was revealed to The New Vision by the Kitgum Chief Administrative Officer, Mr. Alfred Ocen Lalur. He said the two officers were handed over to the Police following complaints by the people of Katwo II parish in Orom sub- county that the quality of materials delivered for the construction of Luluko Primary School were substandard.
