Katumba Acts On Alcoholics

WaKISO — The Inspector General of Police, Maj. Gen. Katumba Wamala, on Friday paraded two Police drunkards and gave them one month to reform or get dismissed. Katumba, who was on a working and familiarisation tour of the Police stations and posts in the Entebbe sub-district, identified the two constables. He was accompanied by the Deputy Resident District Commissioner Entebbe, Hope Rubareng. Ends
