By Norman Katende Lugave 3 Nakisinge 2 Today Nkima v Ngoonge LUGAVE earned a hard fought victory over Nakisinge, whom they beat 3-2 in yesterday’s Bika football action at Nakivubo. It was a surprise come back for Lugave who were one down at half time courtesy of Nakisinge’s Davis Ssenyondo 18 minute strike. Nakisinge’s Isma Kambugu well taken penalty took the tally to two burying any hope for Lugave to regain there past glory. However, they were not yet out as David Kiwanuka dribbled from centre to beat two Nakisinge defenders before he sent a long hard shot from out side the goal area which Nakisinge’s goal keeper Eddie Kyeyune failed to tame. Five minutes after, Henry Kato’s shot hit the post after beating Nakisinge’s defenders but utilised another chance a minute later to equal the scores before Patrick Musoke sealed it all after a well taken penalty to give Lugave the win. Action continues today at Nakivubo with Nkima taking on Ngoonge in another promising thriller. Nkima opened impressively with a 1-0 win over Nte while Ngonge beat Nsuma 2-0. Whichever clan wins today’s match qaulifies for the second round of the tournament whose draws will be known at a later stage. ends
