Nkima had an upper hand of the game despite the presence of names like Mathias Kawesa (Express), Mathias Kisitu (ex-Police), and Hood Kawesa (SC Villa) on Ffumbe’s line up. Courage, determination and coordination in all department were their formula. However, they were held to a goalless full time. Dennis Batte resorted to a shootout. Ffumbe’s Sula Walusimbi hit the bar. Nkima’s Daudi Lukwago shot was inches off the pole after beating Ffumbe’s goalkeeper levelling the score.
