The meetings will take to four the times the rivals have faced each other in two weeks. They met twice last week in the VEK Cup, KCC winning both matches. The first was a 3-0 win, the second, also the final, ending 4-1 on penalties following a 0-0 draw in regulation time. Villa will have another game, against newly promoted Nile League side Horizon FC, in the Avis Cup tomorrow also at Nakivubo. The funds raised in this game will go to sanitation projects in the city under the Uganda Domestic Sanitation Service (UGADOSS). The Idd Cup match, a traditional encounter to celebrate the end of the Islamic holy month of Ramathan, is organised by the Uganda Muslim Supreme Council. Abitex Productions is the organiser for the Sunday game where the winner will take home a trophy, bull and undisclosed cash prize. Villa secretary Edward Luyimbazi confirmed to The New Vision yesterday that League champions Villa play all the three matches. Ends.
