TIMOTHY Mudoola and Adrian Bukenya are set to make their Nile Special Rugby League debut for Kobs this season.
The experienced players return with a mission to help the side dislodge defending champions Heathens at the top of the league table. Kobs need to register a big win against Nile to go top.
Kobs are level on 15 points with Heathens but the latter are on top because of a better try difference. Pirates are third with 14 points.
Nile, the league’s bottom placed side went down 59-0 to Heathens and 54-0 against Pirates.
“We are aware of the table standings and we want to use this advantage and score more tries than what our opponents (Heathens) scored against Nile,†Kobs coach Ronnie Lutakome stated.
Meanwhile, Thunderbirds face Panthers in the women's league, reports Usher Komugisha. Thunderbirds lead the contest 2-1.
