Recently, he was spotted in a jovial mood after he sealed the deal with the former owners of Mitchell’s Bar and Restaurant in Ntinda.
He followed it with a bash for his four brothers who passed their Primary Leaving Examinations with flying colours. Tong gave each of them laptops fully connected to the Internet.
