Sh30,000 too little for presiding officers

EDITOR: I am concerned about the payment of the people like presiding officers and polling assistants who are going to conduct the elections.

During the training from 9:00am to 5:00pm we had no lunch or transport allowance! We were told to transport the election materials using our own money!
We would like the Electoral Commission to clarify to us that every official will be paid sh30,000.
This is risky and tiresome work and we would like to know whether the budget is only sh30,000 per official.
