Yes, Mbalwa needs urgent attention

EDITOR: I applaud John Bosco Kalanzi's splendid observations about upgrading the road to Mbalwa. I live in Mbalwa but the road is terrible.
It is characterised by massive dust during the dry season and intolerable mud in the rainy season. There are very nice residential houses in the area but the road lets down that suburb. Besides, a factory is being constructed there but we do not know whether NEMA has ensured that an impact assessment study was carried out.
The factory is in a residential area and the disposal area of its stuff is a small channel of water. NEMA must intervene as soon as possible.
