When I was told I would be going on a date, I was so excited. When I arrived at the bar, a waiter offered me a seat and I ordered a soda. Soon after, a beautiful girl came to my table. I reached for her hand as we greeted each other. When she introduced herself, I realised she was the one I had been waiting for her.
What did you like about her?
She was beautiful, open-minded and truthful. She was a tall lady and had a light skin complexion. She had funny, but interesting stories. I really liked her character.
You really fell for her…
Well, I liked over 85% of her. I even told her she was beautiful.
What was her reaction?
I guess she was happy, although she did not show it.
What was her weak point?
She is nice and has everything I would want in a woman, but she is older than I am. I do not have a girlfriend, but I may not take her. My parents would not want me to date an older lady.
So, what next?
I want to keep her as my friend. She is a nice person to be with. Besides, she promised to take me to her country, Kenya and spend some time there. You never know what could come out of such a visit.

When I applied to go on mystery date, I was looking forward to meeting a nice, dark-skinned and wealthy man. On that day, I dressed smartly and went to Choma Restaurant. I only knew his name as Paul, but did not know what he looked like. I found him seated and he had just ordered a drink. I also ordered for one as we chatted.
You had your expectations, did he meet them?
No, he did not. I actually called him a day later and informed him about it. He was younger than me and I do not think he was as rich as I wanted.
Are you saying you did not like anything about him?
As a person, he was a nice guy. He had a nice character, was humble, honest and open-minded.
Do you hope to meet him again?
Maybe we shall, because we exchanged contacts. He can remain my friend. I like Uganda and I think he was one of the good Ugandans I have met.
