SOME people choose a vegetarian diet (without meat and fish) out of concern for animal rights, while others do this for health reasons. But lately, many people are shifting towards vegetarian diets, mostly for health concerns. However, some vegetarians, commonly referred to as vegans, also eliminate meat, dairy and animal products.
