PEACE Proscovia and Flavia Nakanwagi will not feature for NIC as the side defends the national netball rally title starting in Mubende tomorrow.

But team coach Margaret Bisereko still believes that she still has at her disposal players who are good enough to replace the pair.

“I have a big squad to choose from although the two are good players. I am not building individuals but a team and that means we will be able to find good replacements for them,” Bisereko said during the training at Nakivubo yesterday.

The two have been ruled out because they will be playing for their university team, Uganda Christian University, at the same event.

\Six-time champions NIC humbled KCC 18-11 in the final last year to retain the title in the clubs category. CBS finished third.

In the schools’ category, St Mary’s Kitende beat another Kitende side 30-22 to retain the girl’s title.

The two-day event will also see Buddo SS defend the boy’s crown.
