The four circuit’s championship kicks of with Hana Mixed School as a big threat to defending champions St. Mary’s College Kisubi-SMACK after rivals Namilyango pulled out of this year’s event citing financial problems.
“I’m in class teaching but what I can tell you is that we are not participating,†Namilyango games teacher Valence Bizimana confirmed the pull out.
