I do not eat junk food and I avoid foods with a lot of oil and fat. Instead, I eat more steamed and boiled food. I take less sugar; about two teaspoonfuls are enough for my cup of tea. Though I am not good at taking water, I endeavour to take about three glasses a day.

To keep my skin clear, I steam my face once in two weeks and cleanse it thrice a day before I apply a moisturiser. I love short and curly hair extensions because I have thin hair.

Besides, the short extensions make my hair look bouncy, give me a crazy look and make me feel chic. They are also easy to maintain. I simply oil, pick them a little and am good to go. I apply Olive oil to keep them moist and give them a shine.
