EDITOR: Naguru and Nakawa tenants have finally been evicted and the old dilapidated buildings they used to live in are right now being razed to the ground.
EDITOR: Naguru and Nakawa tenants have finally been evicted and the old dilapidated buildings they used to live in are right now being razed to the ground.
These buildings were condemned by Kampala City Council as long ago as 2003, so it is proper that they should be razed. But why didn't the same KCC condemn the Police barracks in the same neighbourhood? The Police quarters are just as rotten!
