HAVE you noticed that lately, it is not enough for people to wear one bracelet or arm band? They put on multiple anklets.
Although the trend is predominant among young people, a few older people too have picked it up – both men and women. Most of us first took note of this from press photographs of Goodlyfe lead singer Mozey Radio, who, I believe has done a lot to popularise the trend. But what is it about this multiple bracelet craze?
Where did it come from and why is it spreading like a wild fire? Our writer delves into this latest fashion craze in our lead story. Big Brother Amplified is over and, as usual, it went down with a lot of fanfare. Blitz went down to South Africa to attend the grand finale.
Nigel Nassar toured the house, met the artistes who performed, attended the grand finale and the after party. He also talked to all the housemates and their families. We bring you all this behind-the-scenes coverage in our Big Brother Amplified special. We also sound out the winners Karen and Wendall. The Maisha Film festival is back this weekend at Makerere University.
