Tororo district have accused the National Agricultural Advisory Services (NAADS) community facilitator of demanding bribes.
This was during a public meeting organised by the Prime Minister’s office at the sub-county headquarters on Friday. The farmers said Isaac Okecho asks for money in exchange for services. They said each of them paid sh60,000 and offered him chicken worth sh20,000 before they were considered for NAADS activities.
