VICTORY against Kenya in their last 2012 Africa Nations Cup qualifier in Kampala next month is Uganda's only hope after the Cranes 2-0 loss against Angola in Luanda.

Manucho (header) and substitute Flavio notched the second half goals at the packed 28th September Stadium in Conakry to restore smile on the faces of hitherto angry Angolan fans. First half ended goalless.

The Cranes loss means Uganda are still top of Group J with 10 points but only one ahead of Angola. Kenya has seven and Guinea Bussau three.

Uganda need to beat archrivals Kenya, who visit them in Kampala for the final game for a sure deal.
Meanwhile, there were celebrations in Nairobi where Harambee Stars fans, who prayed for the showdown between the archrivals learnt that their wish was granted and Uganda lost.

Uganda Cranes could as well have themselves to blame for the result after they threw away a solid kickoff to pick yellow cards fumble the entire second half.
