Five injured in accident on Masaka road

MASAKA | ACCIDENT 

Five people have survived an accident on Masaka road after the cars in which they were traveling, collided into each other. 

 
The accident occurred in Mpambire, om Masaka road at around midday.

This was after an Isuzu Canter, registration number UAB 749G which was approaching from Kampala,  heading to Masaka, allegedly collided with a Raum, registration number UBD 124D, which was driving from Masaka heading to Kampala, as it tried to overtake other cars. 

 
According to eyewitnesses, three occupants of the Raum, and two occupants of the Canter, all got broken limbs and sustained other injuries. 

 
The injured occupants were rushed to Double Cure hospital by the police in Mpigi as investigations in how the accident occurred, are carried out.
