Kanda Bongo Man visits the New Vision

KAMPALA - Paris-based vocalist and bandleader Kanda Bongo Man visited the New Vision newsroom at Vision Group head office in Kampala.

The 64-year-old Monie singer will perform at the Ugmix dance party on December 31 at Sheraton Hotel Kampala and Resort Beach Entebbe on January 1.

The Diblo Dibala dance star who arrived in Uganda on Saturday morning was welcomed by the renowned promoter Balaam Barugahare.

 
While addressing the media shortly after his arrive at Entebbe International Airport, Kanda Bongo Man said he last performed in Uganda in 1990 and promised to give Ugandans his best.

The Congolese Zouk musician who is sponsored by Bukedde Family will be performing at the Sheraton Hotel at sh10, 000 general and sh100, 000 VIP.

 
Dr Jose Chameleon, Bebe Cool, and John Blaq are among the entertainers who will share the stage with the Congolese Soukous Musician.
