Uganda impress at FIBA AFRICA 3X3 (By Richard Sanya)
Uganda's women impressed at the FIBA Africa 3x3 tournament on day two as they defeated Nigeria and Kenya in fine fashion. The men also impressed as they outclassed Nigeria 15-14 on day one, matches will resume today with Uganda set to face favourites Egypt in the women's semi-final.

KCCA beat Police
KCCA came from a goal down twice to beat Police 3-2 in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League on Saturday evening at Lugogo. KCCA put up a tremendous performance to stop Police in an end to end encounter. (Photos by Richard Sanya)

Nsenene season
November is usually the month of nsenene (grasshoppers). This time around Arua had three to four days of moderate collection of grasshoppers (nsenene) compared to last year. Most grasshopper collection points are closed by 8: 00 pm because they are just a handful. (By Edna Piyic)

The Mix Tape Party Season 6
The annual Uganda Waragi Mixtape Parte season 6 hosted by Uganda's only deejay duo, DJ Roja and Slick Stuart recorded a high turn up on Friday. (By Musa Ssemwanga)

Primary Seven candidates seat for PLE
On Monday Primary school pupils sat for their final primary exams (Primary Leaving Examinations). 695,700 candidates sat for PLE exams across the country.

Makerere Probe
The education committee session failed to take off on Wednesday as Members of Parliament demanded the presence of the education and sports minister Janet Museveni.
