There’s enough liquor going down in a number of tents, enough food eaten in the other tents. Revellers have dressed to the nines for the occasion. A number of celebrities are in the place.

To watch goats racing or just dive into in merry-making soon as you access the gates? That must be the question in so many revellers' minds that have attended this year's Royal Ascot Goat Races going on at Speke Resort Munyonyo, Kampala.
For now, at 4:30 pm, seems goats will be watched later as everyone is accessing hospitality tents that invited them for a treat.
Not to say, everyone is in the tents but, yeah, that seems to plan soon as you access the event.

The uncomfortable ones are those that wore light shoes or slippers because the venue is kind of sodden.
Hosted by former rugby player Allan Musoke, the evening promises a splendid party. That's if it does not rain.
