Unimoni celebrates Customer Service Week

Customers of Unimoni, a renowned global provider of financial solutions and a Finablr company, experienced something special during this International Customer Service Week.

Themed around ‘The Magic of Service', the seven-day celebration, which started from 7th October, witnessed various customer engagement programmes across the brand's retail outlets in the country.

In Uganda, Unimoni had organised a free eye check-up for customers in collaboration with Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospital. The financial brand also felicitated its customers for their brand loyalty and its various teams who had played a pivotal role in delivering and sustaining exceptional customer service.
