Party animals turned up in droves to groove to Afro-House music. Afro-House is a fusion of EDM and African music beats.

But, like the norm for the bar party, it was not until 11:00 pm that the event picked up the vibe as folks tricked in profusely.

With different deejays on the lineup, it so happened that every deejay that took the decks upraised the bliss in the house.

Local deejays, Kas Baby, The Cee, Dark Meme and DJ MT did a good job having the audience on the feet through the evening.

But the most anticipated acts were Shimza from South Africa and El Mukuka from Zambia. These invigorated the mood, attracting screams from an ecstatic audience.

Made for dance and performed live, EDM is generally produced for playback by deejays that create seamless selections of tracks, called a mix by segueing from one recording to another.
