INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS
Kyagalanyi Coffee Limited invites suitably qualified suppliers submit sealed proposals for the prequalifi cation exercise for supply of;
• Catering services/provision of lunch, all applicants should preferably be based within the surrounding areas of Namanve.
• Printing and general Stationery, all applicants based in Kampala
The bidding process is open to all bidders based in the above stated areas and is free of charge. Existing suppliers who wish to be retained MUST apply and submit up-to-date information as requested in this document.
All applicants must provide as part of their application, a copy of their Trading License, a copy of the company's Memorandum and Articles of Association or its equivalent. A separate list of Directors/Partners/Proprietors should also be attached. All applicants for catering services must also provide food safety/handling certificate.
