Museveni names soldiers in Police reshuffle

The recently appointed Director of Human Resource Oyo Benson Nyeko has been sent to Afripolice Headquarters in Algeria whereas Chombe Amur shall deputize the Director Interpol.

 

POLICE     RESHUFFLE    MUSEVENI

President Yoweri Museveni has appointed more UPDF officers to the Uganda Police to Head different Directorates.

Among the new UPDF entrants in Police include Brig. Jack Bakasumba, as the Chief of Joint Staff, Brig.Godfrey Goloba, Director of Human Resource and Training, Col.Jese Kamunanwire Director Human Resource and Administration, plus Col.Chris Sserunjogo Damulira Director of Crime Intelligence.

The Police Directors who have been deployed include, Moses Balimwoyo is now the Director Interpol formerly the Director Humana Resource and Training, Hurana Isabirye who was the Director Human Resource and Administration has been sent to America as an Attaché to Uganda's Mission in the New York.

In the statement signed by Inspector General of Police Martin Okoth Ochola, the handing over of the offices shall be presided over by the Deputy Inspector General of Police Maj.Gen.Sabiti Muzeeyi in the due course.
