My China essay and quiz winners unveiled

The New Vision My China essay and quiz winners have been unveiled at a colorful function held at Pike House, New vision offices, Kampala on Friday.

The occasion was graced by China Deputy Ambassador, Chen Huixin who handed over gifts to the winners.
The winners of my China essay Competition included: David Mwanje, Andrew Kamagara, Sharon Nabirye, Nelson Nsereko, Flavia Nabbaale,Owen Musiime,Apollo Namisi,Marvin Ogwal,Dan Muliika,Daniel Obonyo, David Luggya, and Jonathan Kiiza. The quiz winners included: Jasin Asimwe, Ronald Bukomba and Levis Muchunguzi.

Chen Huixin, China deputy ambassador congratulated the winners on their success and thanked Vision Group for organising the contest. He hailed the participants for putting down wonderful pieces about China.

Vision group Editor-in-Chief, Barbara Kaija also hailed the contestants for participating in the competition. "Through these articles, our readers, most of whom have not been to China, got to interact with the Chinese people and culture," said Kaija.
