The African Centre for Treatment and Rehabilitation of Torture Victims (ACTV) and CARITAS Kotido join the rest of the world and partners of the European Union in wishing the EU a happy Europe day 2019.
ACTV takes this opportunity to extend its appreciation to the EU in recognition of its support to the "ACCOUNTABILITY FOR TORTURE AND RIGHTS ENHANCEMENT (ATRE) PROJECT IN THE KARAMOJA SUB REGION 2018-2019".
