Abbas "Kasumali" Kizito has shot back at Moses Golola warning that the vocal fighter is in big trouble.

Kizito will take on Golola in a June 9 Heroes Day fight in Kampala.

In the fight's launch a week ago, Golola said Kizito was in for a battering for having the guts to challenge him.

In a separate press conference on Friday, Kizito was spitting fire. "Golola has made the biggest mistake of his life. He is risking his life."

Asked whether an ambulance should be kept revving on fight days, Kizito said: "an ambulance might actually not be necessary because Golola will be finished before he gets to it."

This will be Golola's sixth professional boxing fight in two years while Kasumaali will be in his fourth contest.

Golola beat Egyptian Abdu Karim at Hilton Hotel, Nakasero in his last boxing fight last year.

In his characteristic pompous style, Gololo announced the fight on the streets of Kampala earlier in the week.

"I have many fans in Kampala and the whole country. I had to come to the streets to make a public announcement on unfinished business.

I had to fight Kasumaali on Boxing Day but he failed to make the weight.

He is one of the fighters I have to clear from my way as I embark on building a strong boxing career in addition to kickboxing," stated Golola as he walked with fans through Nakasero and down town.

Golola accused his opponent of ducking from the fight "due to injury" in December.
