Notice from Higher Education Students' Financing Board

1. The Higher Education Students' Financing Board has allocated funds from the Government of Uganda to be used for the acquisition of two (2) Double Cabin Pick- Ups. 
2. The Higher Education Students' Financing Board invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders. 
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm during working hours. 
5. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ug. Shs. 200,000 (Two hundred thousand shillings only). The payments shall be made to Higher Education Students' Financing Board Account No. 3740300006 at Centenary Bank, Mapeera House Branch. After payment, proceed to present the Bank slip to Higher Education Students' Financing Board to obtain a receipt after which the Procurement and Disposal Unit will release to you the Bidding documents.
