The Lady Doves continued with their unbeaten run this season with a 3-0 victory over Kampala Queens in the round of 16 of the FUFA Women Cup.

The Masindi-based side who are also on the verge of qualify for the FUFA Women Elite League playoffs have extended their unbeaten run to 12 games in all competitions.

Kenyan forward Mary Kinuthia Wanjiku Nafula notched a brace before Winnie Babirye added the other to effortlessly qualify for the quarterfinals.

In other games, Bunyaruguru Girls went down 2-0 to Tooro Queens while Echos thumped Sagich 4-1.

Kawempe Muslim suffered their first defeat this season in a 2-0 loss to Olila Women FC in Soroti.

The winners join Uganda Martyrs, She Corporates, Makerere and Kawempe Junior Team in the quarterfinals.
