1.The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development has allocated funds to be used for the Construction of the Tooro Regional offices and a Mineral beneficiation centre for the Directorate of Geological Survey and Mines in Fort portal Municipality, Kabarole District.

2. The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above works.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Government of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 and is open to all bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 9 from 8:00am to 5:00pm on working days.

5. The Works consist of Construction of the Tooro Regional offices and a Mineral beneficiation centre for the Directorate of Geological Survey and Mines in Fort portal Municipality, Kabarole District.
