From the age of 18, Fahad Ssewankambo has made a norm of breaking records. His heroics in 2014 saw him become the youngest ever National Open champion and number one seed.

First forward to 2019 and Ssewankambo has smashed the pool association of Uganda transfer record as he completed his move to Hot Pool Club for a reported sign on fee of sh6m.

With his former side Skin Samona out of the league, Ssewankambo has been the one mystery of the transfer window, but all has now been revealed.

In an earlier interview with New Vision, Ssewankambo said he would only join a team that was going to take care of his interests and Hot Pool has definitely ticked all boxes.

"First of all, I must appreciate that we have good players with great attributes in skills teamwork, disciplines and determination, but in the mode of reinforcements, we believe he has the attributes mentioned above," Hot Pool's Paul Wasike said.

In addition to the sh6m, Ssewankambo will also receive match allowances and tournament fees.
