KCCA will need some football therapy after being eliminated from the Stanbic Uganda Cup by Tooro United who beat them 3-1 on penalties after a 1-1 draw in normal time on Tuesday a Buhinga stadium in Fort Portal.

KCCA, the cup holders are now left with StarTimes Uganda Premier League to compete for. They top the table with 36 points. The Lugogo based team were also ejected from the Confederation Cup by Congolese side Otôho d'Oyo 3-2 on aggregate on Sunday.
Buganda Region will host this year's final at the venue yet to be communicated. The winner of the competition represents the country in the Confederation Cup
