Coach Mudoola returns to Kobs

Determined to reclaim Kobs past glory, the Betway Kobs management has recalled their former coach Fred Mudoola to take charge of the team this season.

Kobs chairman Samuel Lubanga also on Wednesday named former Rhinos lock Robert Aziku, Scrumhalf Ivan Kirabo from Kabras of Kenya, Joseph Aredo (Kenya Harlequins) as the players the club has recruited.

Others included Fred Ochan, Joshua Obo, Donald Oketayot, Sula Wanda, Daniel Otega Isaac Tago and David Agassi.

He also added that the team has changed its coaching staff bringing back Fred Mudoola and Edmond Tumusiime as head coach and assistant respectively.

"We are committed to taking back the kobs where they were and that is why we have recruited quality players and our target is wining the league," Lubanga said.

Betway country manager Adellah Agaba assured Kobs leadership of her company's support, but also reminded players that it is positive results that bring sponsors on board.
