This Invitation for Bids (IFB) follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this Project that appeared in United Nations Development Business online (UNDB online) on 6th April, 2016, and on the African Development Bank's Internet Website (www. afdb.org).

The Government of Uganda has received a credit from the African Development Fund (ADF) in various currencies towards the cost of Water Supply and Sanitation Programme-II. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this credit will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Construction of Orom Water Supply and Sanitation System - Phase I.

The Ministry of Water and Environment, on behalf of the Government Uganda now invites sealed bids from bidders for the construction and completion of the following works ("the Works"):
