The Ministry of Water and Environment through the Directorate of Water Development receives requests to drill boreholes in areas with emergency or critical need for domestic use and production inform of presidential Pledges, Ministerial Pledges and Directives and also Individual Requests. The Ministry therefore wishes to procure the services of competent groundwater consulting fi rms to assist in groundwater development with the works clustered in four lots over a period of 3 years. The successful fi rms shall therefore be called upon as and when needed. The boreholes will be distributed throughout the country with the consultants expected to work anywhere in the country.
