Notice from Rural Electrification Agency

The management of the RURAL ELECTRIFICATION AGENCY (REA) is to carry out a second round of compensation for all persons affected by the proposed Ruhumba - Kashwa electricity line in Mbarara and Kiruhura districts who failed to turn up for the first round. 

Names of all these entitled persons are listed below according to their respective villages. 

The beneficiaries are hereby requested to assemble in the following centers wijh copies of their assessment forms and national IDs for payment as earlier disclosed. 

NB: 

1. All claimants are advised to keep time. 

2. Claimants/heirs to the affected families should come along with copies of their letters of administrations. 

3. Local Council (LC1) Chairmen should come along with their stamps to wijness payments. 

4. Representatives from institutions like Health Centers/Churches/Mosques/Schools should come along with stamped letters of authorization to receive the money on behalf of the institutions.
