Capital Night has recovered from their crushing loss against skin Samona at home with an impressive 16-4 bonus point win away at Ibanda Warrior.

The young hungry group were at again and for their troubles, they earned their win this time in the company of Captain Allan Katongole.

"The bonus point had eluded us, luckily by taking it, we have narrowed the gap to Skin Samona and Hot Pool. We just hope that this helps start our long way back to the top," Katongole said.

Lucky for them, their closest rivals didn't win emphatically to collect bonus point.

It also helped that the Ibanda warriors did not perform as well as they thought, so they found it easy dealing with the team that has become a bogey side to most top teams.

"We really expected much more from Ibanda and we didn't expect that score. We travelled there early and got a feel of the table. Hot Pool went there and could only draw but the boys made sure," he added.

Their rivals Skin Samona were at it again as they put defending champions Ronz to the sword with their precision.

They left Jinja as 13-7 victors and retained their place at the top of the league.
