(a).Oyam District Local Government has received from GOU and Donor Agencies among others for the acquisiti on of Works, Supplies and Services for the FY 2018-2019

(b). In pursuance of the above, Oyam District Local Government now invites sealed bids from interested, eligible and competent bidders for the requirements menti oned below;

(c). The invitati on to bid is open to all interested bidders and tLocal Governments (PPDA) regulati ons 2006 procedures.

(e). A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested and eligible bidders on submission of a writt en applicati on to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee Ugx: 100,000/= (one hundred thousand only) for each item payable into District Account No. 01983501002597 ti tled "Oyam District Local Government General Funds", DFCU Bank-Lira Branch and there aft er obtain General Receipt from District Cashier offi ce in Health Department.

(f). Interested eligible bidders may obtain further informati on and inspect the bidding documents in Procurement and Disposal Unit- Health Department from 8.30am- 5.00pm. Evaluati on of bids shall be based on administrati ve and eligibility criteria stated in solicitation document secti ons 2 and 3 among others.
